An essay is a piece writing that provides the author’s argument. However, the exact definition can be unclear and may comprise a letter, personal essay, personal pamphlets, or an essay, or an account. Essays were traditionally thought of as formal and academic. However, we have seen a shift in the types of essays that we read as well as in the ways in which we evaluate them. The essay isn’t dead or gone extinct, but it has been transformed into a hybrid that could be described as more than one thing, all at the same time. Essays can now be multifaceted entities. Narrative The term « narrative essay » refers to a single piece of writing that tells the whole story. It is not an introduction and begins with the first line. Narrative essays are written to persuade the reader to accept an idea, to justify a course of action, or to investigate the topic. Chronological Essays that follow a chronological format require an introduction of some form at the beginning of the essay, and the conclusion. It could comprise one or more powerful paragraphs. The thesis of the essay is the first paragraph of the essay, the conclusion is in the middle, or both can be in the middle. It is a form of argument. The chronological essay could argue for a number of points, but is most often concerned with presenting the arguments and evidence in a logical sequence.
Five-Paragraph Expository Article Five-paragraph expository essays (sometimes called technical essay) is a written piece that presents research on a particular topic. It starts with an introduction that outlines the central idea of the essay , and includes one or more illustrations. The discussion of the study follows, which may include an overview, a description of the literature, an explanation of the findings and possibly some closing sentences. The primary purpose of the five-paragraph expository essay is to convey the research on the topic in a manner that’s easy to understand and interpret. It is intended to take less time to read than a traditional academic essay, since it does not use all the usual academic vocabulary.
Refutations: A refutation essay describes the fact or argument that is found to be incorrect by a different writer. It begins by describing how the writer came to the conclusion he claims to be supporting. Then, it explains how the argument of the original writer is found to be incongruous with other evidence and facts. Essays may include corrections for any errors that are discovered.

Abstract: An abstract essay is about something that does not have a specific topic however, it is based on general concepts. It makes use of the language of broad and often uses figurative language to explain things. The most popular types of abstracts are descriptive, argumentative or papers in business school fictional. Each paragraph should include a strong conclusion that summarizes your arguments and demands action. The conclusion is your chance to make your thesis clear and demonstrate why it is crucial to you as a reader.
